How would I start a campaign for change?

I want to start a campaign to change the way the people treat the press after watching a documentary or the paparazzi I don't think anyone learnt anything from Princess Diana's death. She was killed by being chased by paparazzi like so celebrities are now and if no one does anything another innocent life will be lost. My question is how do I start a campaign to change this?

What is a VPN?

VPN is (Virtual Private Network) were first used by companies to enable their employees to securely access internal systems such as email remotely (e.g. from home or while on business trips).
